Ah Pui’s larger-than-usual Hainanese-style charcoal-grilled satay boasts a good meat-to-fat ratio — apt for a stall named ‘Ah Pui Satay’. It’s also a cheeky nod to the hawker’s ‘pui’ (chubby) build.
